Exchange policy

Except stated otherwise herein, products can be exchanged or returned within 5 days from the date the products received. Products must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn. Products must also have Tohns tag and price tag attached in their original form. We reserve the right to reject the products if they do not comply with our conditions. Delivery fee of the returned or exchanged products shall be your responsibility. We recommend registered mail as a method of delivery. We refuse to refund lost or stolen products. Refund or exchange will be processed within 10 days from the date we receive the products. Refund will be made using the same method as your purchase.

Sale products and internationally delivered products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
