www.tohns.com is administered and owned by Headway Style Company Limited. Every usage and purchase conducted through this website is under the terms and conditions stipulated by us. We reserve the sole right to amend the terms and conditions without any prior notice. By using or purchasing through this website, you acknowledge and agree with our terms and condition.

Product Availability
A successful purchase is dependent on the availability of products. If any problems regarding the supply of products occur – for example, products are out of stock, or products cannot be dispatched within the specified delivery date, we will inform you of the situation. We reserve the right to reimburse you only for the products that cannot be dispatched.

Online Purchasing Payment
The prices shown on the website are in THB and are the same as the prices shown in stores. The prices do not include delivery fees which are subject to our terms and conditions. The delivery fees will be informed at the checkout process. However, error may occur although we make every effort to ensure that the prices and information of products shown on the website are correct. If such error occurs, we will inform you as soon as practically possible. You are entitled to either confirm your order with the correct price, or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be regarded as cancelled and the amounts paid will be fully reimbursed to you without any interest incurred.
We accept the payment via Credit Card, Debit Card and Cash Payment and we operate via the payment gateway, “2C2P”. After a successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation. If you do not receive such email, please contact sales@tohns.com or Line: @Tohns
If we do not receive payment, regardless of any incomplete or incorrect payment or incorrect transfer, the payment will be deemed as unsuccessful. It is your responsibility to ensure that the transaction is correct and complete.
We reserve the sole right to not process or cancel your order in any circumstances. Not process or cancel your order may, for example, be the result of one of the followings:
– The purchased products are out of stock
– We are unable to obtain an authorization of payment
– Errors regarding information of the products, including prices and promotions
– Suspects of any fraudulent activity

Delivery and tracking
Products will be dispatched within 3 business days after you have received an order confirmation (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays). Domestic delivery via Thai post EMS will be free of charge. For international delivery, delivery fee will appear when you select your destination country. International delivery will be shipped via FedEx or DHL. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number after your order has been dispatched. In the area of Bangkok Metropolitan Region, we also provide express delivery via messengers (Lalamove or Grab). For other provinces, express delivery will be shipped via planes or buses. Delivery time
Bangkok Metropolitan Region: EMS 1-3 working days
Other provinces : EMS 2-5 working days
International : FedEx/DHL 3-15 working days
Delivery time depends on each destination.
International delivery may incur additional charges regarding import customs and taxes, depending on the destination country. All of these additional charges shall be fully borne by you. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order.
It is your responsibility to provide a correct delivery address and recipient’s name. We will not reimburse you or redeliver the products in the case where you provide incorrect delivery address. We will not be responsible for any delay or damage caused during delivery as well as any damage occurred after you have received the products.
Exchange policy
Except stated otherwise herein, products can be exchanged or returned within 5 days from the date the products received. Products must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn. Products must also have Tohns tag and price tag attached in their original form. We reserve the right to reject the products if they do not comply with our conditions. Delivery fee of the returned or exchanged products shall be your responsibility. We recommend registered mail as a method of delivery. We refuse to refund lost or stolen products. Refund or exchange will be processed within 10 days from the date we receive the products. Refund will be made using the same method as your purchase.
Sale products and internationally delivered products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If the products you have received are damaged or incorrect, please contact us via sales@tohns.com or Line: @Tohns within 2 days from the date you have received the products.

Limitation of Liability
Company obligations regarding website access, order process, delivery as well as after-sale service, are limited to the obligations to provide a method of purchase. We shall not be liable for any inconvenience or damage caused by the use of internet, discontinuation of services, interference by outsiders, or computer viruses. We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage which may arise in the case where you are redirected to any other links or websites.

Prior written consent from an authorized person of the company is needed before every reproduction of all or any part of the content. Content, information and data as well as terms and conditions on this website can be modified, updated or revised at any time without any prior notice. The customers shall be legally bound by any modification, update and revision which have been made on the website.

The terms and conditions on this website shall be governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from and/or in connection with viewing and/or using the website shall be under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Bangkok, Thailand.
